During a local holiday, I wanted to use my old Vaio laptop, but it was not booting for over 4 hours.
Since it was already late night, nearby electronic stores were already closed. I tried rebooting it several times for 4-5 hours but still having the same problem. And so, I tried searching online for someone to help me. Luckily, I found JapanAid PC Rescue 99 website (https://pc99.org/e) .

Symptoms:
I told JapanAid PC Rescue99 symptoms of my PC over the phone. My PC is a Vaio laptop I purchased 8 years ago. Last time I had the repair, it was 2 years ago for a replacement of Solid-State Drive (SSD). The problem I had was that after booting it there was no Windows OS displaying (black screen). Although, I can hear the sound of the fan.
After that, I was advised to perform the following procedures with remote support from them.
Action1.
Power down the laptop, removed the AC adaptor cable off from and left it for 2-3 minutes.
Action2.
Removed the cover of the laptop. I used magnetic screwdriver with magnet. But IF YOU REPAIR MAC BOOK AIR OR iOS, PLEASE USE OTHER SPECIAL SCREWDRIVER AND TOOLS.
Action3.
Once I opened the laptop, I sent them picture of the inside of the PC and they help me identify the fan location. I also softly clean the fan with 3 cotton swabs per their advice.
Action4.
Returned the bottom cover of the laptop.
Action5.
Reconnected the AC adaptor cable and booted the laptop.
From the display, Windows OS is also showing so I was able to verify quickly that my PC is already working fine.
After my PC was working, JapaAid PC Rescue 99 informed me that the PC issue I had was mainly due to PC overheat. It got resolved by shutting down the PC and performing soft cleanup of the fan.
