Today, I would like to introduce how we manage communications connecting our overseas clients to their job sites within Japan.
For tools we normally use e-mail, Skype, WhatsApp, and WEB-EX, to name a few. Programs like Team Viewer and WEB-EX are also used to connect the on-site PNW team with the remote engineering team to allow for simultaneous communication and coordination through remote access. These popular tools make up the standard support suite PNW engineers are trained on.
