1. Scope
This cancellation policy applies to all spot-based engineering dispatch services, onsite support, configuration work, equipment installation or removal, and any other one-time service provided by Planetworks K.K. (“the Company”).
2. Conditions for Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees will be charged when the service date is changed or cancelled due to the customer’s circumstances, or when the work cannot be performed due to insufficient onsite conditions.
3. Cancellation Fees
- (1) Cancellation up to 2 days before the scheduled date
No cancellation fee will be charged. - (2) Cancellation after 17:00 on the previous day50% of the quoted labor fee(Travel expenses are excluded.)
- (3) Cancellation on the day of service (before the engineer departs)
100% of the quoted labor fee - (4) Cancellation on the day of service (after departure)100% of the quoted labor fee
Plus actual transportation costs (train, bus, tolls, parking, etc.) - (5) Work cannot be performed after arrival onsite
Due to issues such as missing keys, unprepared equipment, lack of work permissions, facility conditions, or absence of the customer’s representative:
100% of the quoted labor fee
Plus standby fee: JPY 3,000 / 30 minutes
Plus actual transportation costs
4. Multiple Engineer Assignments
When multiple engineers are assigned, cancellation fees will be charged per engineer.
5. Exceptions
Cancellation fees may be waived in the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, power outages, or facility shutdowns.
6. Policy Amendments
This policy may be revised as necessary.
